Restaurant System

Many restaurants are now growing their own microgreens and lettuces. City-Hydro's 18"x26" tray cost around $6.00 to produce, with an average yield of 2-3.5 pounds of microgreens per trays, CRUSHING THAT FOOD COST.  The guest love seeing the chef cutting fresh greens they just saw on the growing rack sitting in the dining room a true farm to fork concept one that we like to call Chef de Horticulture
